Arrival and return are two different plans.
An arrival pickup is coordinated with your flight and terminal. A return pickup is coordinated from your hotel against the departing flight. Include both flight details for a round trip; the team confirms actual pickup times.
What determines the total?
Route, one way or round trip, vehicle category, passenger count and luggage all matter. Special equipment or access requirements need confirmation. Your written proposal sets out the confirmed total and the arrangements for this journey.
